A Sixth grader recently emailed me asking why I am so certain it is safe to reopen our schools - even though nearly everyone in the mass media and the government are saying that it is not safe and that reopening the schools would lead to a tidal wave of fatalities. Here are 10 reasons why I am certain it is safe to reopen public schools here in Washington state (and in the rest of the nation too).

#1 Just because the government and mass media tell you something does not make it true.
There have been many times in the past when our government and media have lied to the American people. One of the most recent examples was the false claim that Iraq had “weapons of mass destruction.” This Big Lie cost American tax payers trillions of dollars and cost the people of the Iraq more than one million lives – mostly women and children – over what was really an attempt to steal Iraqi oil for US corporations. Although a Sixth grader might be too young to understand the harm inflicted by the Iraq War, her parents ought to know better.

It is important to understand why the mass media and corrupt government officials consistently mislead and manipulate the American people. In the case of the Iraq War, it is that the US is controlled by a war machine that makes more than a trillion dollars a year using fear to promote wars all over the world. In the case of the corona virus, it is that the US is even more controlled by drug corporations who make more than a trillion dollars a year using fear to brain wash Americans into consuming drugs that often do more harm than good – leading to thousands of needless deaths every year. The CDC, which is nothing more than an advertising agency for drug corporations, is one of the primary ways that drug companies instill fear in the American people. Together the War Machine and Drug Corporations are a two headed monster that has nearly complete control over the mass media and the US government.

So remember the next time you hear fear mongering from the CDC, the mass media or corrupt government officials, the real goal is to create fear to make more money for drug companies. As my mom used to say, “Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.” Never trust the government or the media or the CDC or the Drug Pushers. Do your own research.

#2 There has been no increase in fatalities in Washington state in 2020 compared to previous years.

There is no more obvious evidence that we are being lied to an manipulated than the compare the media claims of mass death with the real record of daily and weekly fatalities here in Washington state this year compared to previous years. The following graph is average daily fatalities for the first five months of 2020 compared to the same weeks in 2019 and 2018. You can see that in all three years about 170 people per day die in Washington state.

On July 2, 2020, the Institute for Data Modeling (one of dozens of fake front groups funded with millions of dollars by Bill Gates to use fear to control people) released yet another scary report predicting imminent doom if people do not change their ways. Here is a quote from their report: “Continuing along this trajectory will lead to catastrophic outcomes.” Based on this scary report, the very same day, Washington Governor Jay Inslee announced a new statewide emergency order requiring businesses to refuse service to patrons not wearing masks. Inslee also announced a statewide pause on county phase progression.

Inslee’s Mandatory Mask Order took effect on July 7, 2020. Inslee held another press conference during which he pointed to this graph noting that on July 6, 2020, there were more than 1000 new corona virus cases:

So are we really heading for a wave of new corona fatalities???

On June 26, 2020, a new Mandatory Mask order took effect in Washington state. In this article, we will review nine reasons why this Mask order is contrary to the Washington State Constitution.

Claimed Legal Basis of the Mask Order
On June 24, 2020, without holding a single public hearing or convening a special session or vote of the legislature, a non-elected Olympia bureaucrat, John Wiesman, at the request of his boss, Washington Governor Jay Inslee, issued an order requiring all Washington residents to wear cotton face masks at virtual all times, whether they are indoors or outdoors. The order took effect on June 26, 2020. Here are quotes from the Mandatory Mask Order:

“WHEREAS, Washington State Governor Jay Inslee has issued Proclamation 20-05, subsequently amended and extended, proclaiming a statewide State of Emergency due to an outbreak of corona virus disease...

WHEREAS, COVID-19 spreads mainly from person to person through respiratory droplets...

WHEREAS, COVID-19 progression in Washington State continues to constitute an emergency…

THEREFORE, I hereby order: Every person in Washington State must wear a cloth face covering... when in any indoor or outdoor public setting… Violators may be subject to criminal penalties pursuant to RCW 70.05.120(4).”

RCW 70.05.120(4) states: “Any person… refusing to obey any of the rules, regulations or orders made for the prevention, suppression and control of dangerous contagious and infectious diseases ... is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than one hundred dollars or to imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed 90 days.”

Now that you understand that you can go to jail for not wearing a mask, let’s look at 9 reasons this new law is unconstitutional.

Nine Reasons the Mandatory Mask Order is Unconstitutional

#1 Only the People or the Legislature can pass a new law.

#2 There is no health emergency in Washington state.

#3 Even if there was a health emergency, requiring masks in public places would not reduce the rate of transmission because public places are not the primary location where corona virus transmissions are occurring!

#4 Even if corona virus transmissions were occurring in public places, all viruses spread so rapidly that it is impossible to change the eventual spread of viruses throughout the community.

#5 Even if was possible to slow the transmission rate of the corona virus, wearing cotton masks does not reduce transmission because the pore size in cotton masks is thousands of times larger than the corona virus.

#6 Wearing masks can harm your immune system

#7 Requiring children to wear masks is child abuse - because no child has been shown to transmit the corona virus to any adult.

#8 Requiring adults to wear masks is emotionally harmful to children as adults wearing masks around children causes children to react with fear

#9 School children have died from wearing masks

Here is a more detailed explanation of each reason:

I have written many articles pointing out that there was no increase in daily or weekly fatalities in Washington state in 2020 compared to previous years. However, this is no longer true. On June 24, 2020, the CDC added 500 additional people to the death roles in Washington state without any explanation. These were not new fatalities during the month of June. Nor were they minor adjustments to the prior three weeks data – adjustments that occur every week due to late reporting from the state. Rather, these 500 additional fatalities were about 100 fatalities per week that the CDC now suddenly claims had occurred during the last week in March and four weeks in April 2020. In this article, we will try to get to the bottom of this extremely unusual change in CDC data.

I have been using changes in Total Fatalities from year to year to estimate how many people have died in Washington state from the corona virus rather than Reported Corona Fatalities because – as I explain in detail in my book, Common Sense versus Corona Virus Hysteria – Reported Corona Fatalities include huge numbers of people who died from causes other than the corona virus. It even includes people who were never tested for the corona virus and died from things like gun shot wounds. You can read my book for free at the website Common Sense Book dot org.

Along with many other people, in order to determine whether there was an actual health emergency which would justify shutting down all schools and businesses in Washington state, I wanted to know how many people actually died FROM the corona virus. If you look closely at the above chart, you will see that the answer is that, as of June 20, 2020, no additional people died from the corona virus in Washington state in 2020 – and thus there was no health emergency which justified shutting down schools and businesses.
